How loyalty works

WDPW loyalty awards points when a guest pays, moves them through Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers, and lets them redeem rewards or use gift cards. It all starts by attaching a customer to a check at the POS.

    Attach a customer

    At the POS, attach a guest to the check.

    Award points

    Points are awarded automatically when the guest pays.

    Progress tiers

    Guests move through Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers as they spend.

    Redeem

    Guests redeem points against the rewards catalogue, or pay with gift cards.
