How to take WhatsApp orders
WDPW supports ordering and table booking over WhatsApp (Growth plan and up). Guests message you by text or Arabic voice note, and orders land in your system to confirm and fire to the kitchen — meeting guests on the channel they already use.

Enable WhatsApp ordering
On the Growth plan or above, enable WhatsApp ordering for your branch.

Share your ordering channel
Share your WhatsApp ordering link or number with guests (menu, social, receipts).

Guests order
Guests order by text or Arabic voice note, and can also book a table.

Confirm and fire
Orders arrive in WDPW; confirm them and send to the kitchen like any other order.
