How to set par levels
A par level is the minimum quantity of an ingredient you want on hand. Set pars so WDPW badges items as low or out of stock before you run out, giving you time to reorder.

Open Inventory
Open Inventory for the branch you're managing.

Set a par per ingredient
For each ingredient, set its par level — the minimum quantity you want to keep in stock.

Watch the badges
WDPW badges items low or out of stock as counts fall below par.

Reorder in time
Use low-stock signals to raise a purchase order before you run out.
