How to 86 (mark unavailable) an item
To 86 an item is to mark it temporarily unavailable. In WDPW you toggle a product's availability so it's hidden from the POS and ordering channels, then re-enable it when it's back — no need to delete anything.

Open Menu Management
Find the product that's out of stock or off the menu today.

Toggle availability
Switch the product's availability off (86 it).

It hides everywhere
The item is hidden from the POS, QR ordering, and kiosk so it can't be ordered.

Re-enable when back
Turn availability back on when the item returns; nothing is lost.
