How to take an order on the POS
Take an order in any of four service modes — dine-in, takeaway, delivery, or QR pickup. Add products and modifiers, optionally attach a customer for loyalty, send the ticket to the kitchen, and take payment.

Choose a service mode
Open the POS and pick dine-in, takeaway, delivery, or QR pickup.

Add items
Browse or search the menu and tap products to add them to the cart.

Add modifiers and notes
Set modifiers (such as milk choice or extra shots) and any kitchen notes as prompted.

Attach a customer (optional)
Attach a guest to the check to award loyalty points on payment.

Send and pay
Send the ticket to the kitchen display, then take payment — cash, card, Apple Pay, gift card, or STC Pay.
